This syngas unit was designed by Hydro-Chem (now Linde) to use landfill gas and / or natural gas to produce synthesis gas, which is then converted into paraffinic naphtha, diesel and wax by Fischer-Tropsch process. Major Equipment of this unit includes Reformers #1 & #2, Feed Heater, Feed Superheater, Hydrodesulfurizer, Flue Gas Steam Generator, Reformer Effluent Steam Generator, Dirty & Clean Steam Drums and Blowdown Drum. The syngas output flow rate is 15.7 MMSCFD (or 18,500 Nm3/hr) at 500 ?F and 175 psig. Ran in Oklahoma in 2016 for only a few months. Now removed and stored. Can be bought as-is or as a reconditioned package. VDR available upon request.

Biodiesel Plant - 3 MGY (million gallons per year). Manufactured by Greenline. Ran cottonseed oil. Continuous flow, water free, transesterification reaction and separation modules. On skids and includes in-process tanks. Fully automatic with plc control; all controls are still there and intact except for the HMI. No tank farm. Plant must move. Started in 2008 - idled in 2010. This plant was just inspected by the manufacturer in Dec 2021 and all pieces are still there except for some water piping. The manufacturer's estimate is that this plant is in good condition and very little CapEx will be needed to start the equipment back up. We can offer two further options at an additional price: 1. Tecnal 8 inch expander. Used condition - Nice, cleaned, sand-blasted and painted. Includes 150hp motor and guard for V-belt drive (No belts). The machine was last run on cracked soybeans and was doing a great job for them. The reason it was removed was because the owner wanted to standardize on a different brand throughout his plant. This unit does come with a 150 HP and can be used as an extruder to condition, rupture, and shear the soybean oil cells prior to going into the expeller press or it can be used as an expander (with some modifications) to make porous collets prior to solvent extraction.
