OptiFiner Pro is suitable for all kinds of LC-refining applications including short hardwood fibers as well as recycled fibers requiring fibrillation at low refining intensities. Codema impact dehuller rated at 4000 lbs per hour sunflower, 4500 lbs/hr oats (2,000 kg/hr). Model VSH-2096, serial # 1871. Was used for dehulling sunflower seeds. Has a stone ring which worked best for sunflower - metal rings can be purchased on the market for other grains or seeds. The electric 7 HP motor is mounted on machine 220v single phase, 1800 rpm. The VSH-2096 is designed to hull a wide variety of products including oats, sunflower seeds, spelt, hemp, barley, buckwheat, canary seed, cocoa beans, and other products.

Wintek Corporation DeHydration Unit. Like NEW - only 31 run hours!! This DeHy is a flash tower with condensate/receiver and vacuum system. Capacity feed content is designed for 12 to 21 gpm feed oil with up to 0.25% water. - based on soy oil modeled as a triglyceride. System consists of feed heat exchanger, a flash tank, a transfer pump, a pre-condenser, receiver tank with transfer pump, and a 10HP liquid ring vacuum system. Flash tower is cs 16 inch dia. DeHydration Unit is used to remove the water from your feed oil. When hot feed oil is exposed to a high vacuum, the water will flash into water vapor and be removed by the vacuum system.
