Complete crush plant and RBD refinery. Plant was designed to crush and refine organic soybeans from local farmers. Built in 2002 and idled in 2006. This is a Chinese design with some Chinese pressure vessels and tanks - has US manufacturers of major equipment (presses, centrifuge, chillers). Offering complete, for sale as a single entity. Most equipment is inside a building and is protected from weather. Crush includes (3) Dupps presses, cooker, hammermill at meal storage. Crush Plant - Mobile. Capacity 40 TPD (tons per day) or 3600 pounds per hour. Mobile crushing plant processing unit built into semi-trailer. This unit has very few hours. Built June 2020 and ran until Aug 2021. The Processing unit extrudes and presses soybeans (or oilseeds) into soybean meal and oil. It is an operational self-contained unit with process controls in a 53? van trailer. It has a rated processing capacity of 3600 lbs. of soybeans per hour. The unit has 2 extruders, 2 presses, a cooling drum, roller mill, oil recycling system, oil storage tank and conveying and process control equipment. Power: 480 volt 3-phase; can use Generator or Grid power. The extruders are in the rear of the trailer, presses in the middle, then the cooling drum and roller mill going forward. Soybeans drop into the extruders from the top of the trailer. The meal exits the side after the roller mill. The oil storage tank is in the front of the trailer. Oil can be pumped straight out the side to a tanker or to the front storage tank. We used the storage tank in the winter and pumped straight into the tanker in the warmer months. ## Edible Oil Refinery and Bleach System ## Complete stand-alone (RB plant) featuring primary caustic refining and continuous silica bleaching. Capacity approx 70 TPD (6,000 #/hr) when refining crude soybean oil, This plant ran 12,000 to 15,000 #/hr on corn oil (145 to 180 TPD). This caustic refinery can be used for primary separation or degumming - and as a pre-treatment module for biodiesel plants. **Refining system includes:** - (2) Alfa Laval PX-30 centrifuges, - caustic addition system, ***phosphoric acid*** addition system, - high shear mixers, - vacuum oil dryer. **Bleach system includes:** - (2) super sack handling and conveying systems, - silica and filter aid addition tanks, - slurry system, - continuous bleacher, - (2) Sharplex vertical pressure leaf filters. **Includes all structure, ladders, gratings** Idle since 2015 but system is being maintained, power and heat on, controls on, partially manned. Includes HMI controls and Allen Bradley plc. Includes structure. All still installed; we can remove and reinstall for you. Can be seen anytime with appointment. See Equipment List in Links.
